This notice explains how SteadyTemp uses the information you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name if you give one, postcode, and the details you provide about your property and requirements.

How we use it

We use these details to prepare your quote, contact you about it, and arrange a survey and installation if you go ahead. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to us by FormSubmit, an email forwarding service. If you take out a monthly plan, we share the details needed with the finance or leasing provider that arranges it. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep quote enquiries for up to 24 months, and customer records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
